Showroom, Exhibition, and Training Spaces
A showroom is a sales environment, and all its activities are connected to sales and sales promotion. It is also a natural place to strengthen the company’s and product’s brand. When trade shows and live events are on hold, a showroom or exhibition space within the company’s own premises becomes an even more important place to meet customers and present products and their features.
A well-designed showroom helps to stand out from the competition and creates experiences. A brand-aligned space also enhances the credibility of the company and product in the eyes of the customer. We have designed thousands of exhibition and display spaces, and we have a strong vision of how to make products stand out and how to communicate brands through spatial design – even on a subconscious level.
Experiential Showroom Experience
An experiential showroom experience leaves a stronger impression on the user, which can be decisive in the choice of product or supplier. New technology offers tremendous opportunities for a more informative and engaging showroom experience.
Technology, virtual implementations, and augmented reality open up endless possibilities, but their use must be purposeful. The main focus is on face-to-face interaction and the opportunity to experience the product or service in a real environment.
In addition to product display, we design effective lighting and select matching furniture, textiles, and surface materials. The functionality of the space is important to us. The customer journey is planned together with those working in the space, ensuring that the space supports sales activities in the best possible way.
The showroom often also serves as a venue for customer events and small gatherings. We believe that an exhibition space should also be easily adaptable, so that the same space can serve as many purposes as possible.
Virtual Showrooms to Support Sales
How to support sales when customer visits are not possible? And how can you comprehensively showcase product features without physical contact? A great solution is a virtual showroom!
A virtual showroom is based on images produced with 360-degree modeling technology, allowing the visitor to experience and navigate the virtual space just like in a real environment. VR glasses enhance the experience, but the virtual space also works excellently from a computer, tablet, or phone screen. In the virtual showroom, users can access information about products and services through added “hotspot” points. By selecting these hotspot points, users can access information such as product cards, 3D models, a chat with a sales representative, or even a presentation video.
Designing a Virtual Showroom
A virtual showroom can be designed from scratch and created as a 3D model. The advantage of modeling is the freedom from reality: we can create something entirely new when not restricted by the laws of physics.
The design can also be made so that it can be realized later in a real space or simply update an existing space in the 3D world. Even an existing space can be transformed into a virtual one with 360-degree video technology, making the virtual space and the real space completely identical.
A virtual showroom also works well as a booth for virtual exhibitions and adds depth to your trade show presence.
Training Spaces
With our expertise, we can create spaces that support the learning process. A functional training space helps with learning and is a place that enhances the company’s image and product brand as well as the users’ relationship with the product.
Therefore, it is worth investing in it. Inspiring spaces help to learn, retain knowledge, and engage the user with the product.
A training space can also be virtual. In virtual spaces, your avatar characters can meet safely in a gamified environment, and alongside live discussions, you can present video and PowerPoint presentations just like in face-to-face meetings.
Virtual meeting and presentation spaces do not require additional parts or software; they are easily accessible through a web browser. 3D environments can be built from an existing room library or tailored entirely to suit your company’s needs.
