We recommend starting planning 2–3 months before the event. Even tighter schedules are possible – the earlier we start, the more flexibility is available.

Pricing & Practicalities

Each project is priced individually according to scope, materials, and timeline. We always provide a clear and transparent quote without surprises.

Yes! We can store and maintain the structures for future events. This saves costs and supports sustainability.

It depends on project size. Small spaces can be completed in a few weeks, large trade show projects usually take 6–10 weeks. We always provide a realistic timeline at the project start.
